Drainage Point Repairs

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a qualified contractor to perform extensive drainage point repairs throughout the city. The work includes removal and replacement of small‑diameter gravity‑flow sewer lines, repair or replacement of catch basins and manholes, reconstruction of ADA‑compliant sidewalks and ramps, asphalt and concrete paving, traffic‑control planning, storm‑water pollution prevention, CCTV inspections, root‑pruning, and associated environmental compliance. The contract is a fixed‑price, lump‑sum agreement with a two‑year base term and two optional one‑year renewals, subject to performance and payment bonds, insurance, and a 36 % DBE participation goal.
