Description
The County of Atlantic, NJ is establishing a pool of qualified land surveyors to provide consulting surveying services for a variety of county lands and roadways. The award will create a standing vendor list that can be called upon for geodetic, control, property, and route surveys, including projects involving state and federal funding.
• Scope includes surveying public lands, right‑of‑way, Green Acres, farmland preservation, and transportation projects.
• Required personnel include a licensed Project Manager/Surveyor, Surveyor Supervisor, and various crew configurations (1‑man to 3‑man crews, GPS crew, and drafting support).
• All bidders must submit certifications, ownership disclosures, non‑collusion affidavits, and various compliance documents (e.g., Federal Debarment, Iran/Russia disclosures, W‑9).
