Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking online auction services for the sale of federal land parcels. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary online auction systems, marketing, and expertise to facilitate the sale of these parcels. The contract will be for a base year with four optional years. The contractor's compensation will be commission-based, with the commission rate to be determined by the contractor.
• The contractor must provide all necessary online auction systems and marketing expertise.
• The contractor must have experience in conducting online auctions for real estate or similar properties.
• The contractor must be able to provide a secure and reliable online auction platform.
• The contractor must be able to market the auctions to potential bidders.
• The contractor must be able to provide customer support and respond to inquiries from bidders.
