Property, Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance Program

The Town of Miami Lakes seeks a qualified proposer to deliver a comprehensive Property, Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program covering all municipal assets and personnel. The selected vendor will be responsible for underwriting, policy issuance, claims management, and ongoing risk consulting over the contract term. This solicitation includes multiple addenda updating documentation and specifications. • Provide full-spectrum insurance coverage per the declaration pages in Attachment B. • Manage all claims and serve as the Town’s primary point of contact for insurance matters. • Deliver regular reporting, risk assessments, and cost‑effective program adjustments throughout the agreement period.
