Statutory Exam of TrueScripts Management Services, LLC

The State of West Virginia, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers in the State of West Virginia. The examination will be conducted in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act ("PBM") [W. Va Code 33-51] and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act ("NAA") [W. Va Code 33-55]. The scope of work includes performing financial accounting services to examine TrueScripts Management Services, LLC. Key aspects of the job include: • Performing statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers • Compliance with W. Va.
