The Indian Health Service is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of performing a software update for glucometers at the Crow Service Unit. The contractor will need to provide software that interfaces with the computer electronic health record and makes the management website available via Microsoft Edge. The contractor will also need to provide training for staff on the UniPOC software and maintain quality control, reagent lot, and expiration dates. The period of performance is 1 year with 4 option years. • The contractor shall install UniPOC software for use with current glucometers. • The contractor shall manage incoming reagents, quality control, and strip lots. • The contractor shall provide training for all staff on the UniPOC software. • The contractor shall maintain quality control, reagent lot, and expiration dates.
