The County of Clark, Nevada is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Economic Development Strategic Plan. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a written strategic plan, supporting documentation, and presentation of findings to county officials. • Develop a full‑scope economic development strategy, including market analysis, workforce assessment, and sector‑targeting recommendations. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and public outreach to ensure community input. • Produce a final written plan with actionable initiatives, implementation timelines, and performance metrics. • Present findings and recommendations to the Purchasing & Contracts Division and other county leadership.
