USD Men's BB Charter Flight RFP 2025

The University of South Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide air charter services for the men's basketball team. The contract will be for the 2025-2026 season, with multiple trips scheduled throughout the year. The vendor must be able to accommodate a minimum of 30 passengers and provide a cabin-style seating arrangement. The university prefers vendors with experience in managing athletic group travel and those who can provide non-alcoholic beverages, such as Pepsi products and bottled water. The evaluation criteria include seating capacity, cost and accuracy of estimates, experience, and responses from references. • The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's ability to meet the university's requirements and provide the best value. • The vendor must be able to provide a letter of verification from a carrier airline, on airline letterhead, with contact person name and phone number, evidencing that an aircraft has been contracted for and assigned for each trip awarded to the carrier/agent. • The vendor must have a minimum of $500,000,000 CSL per occurrence insurance coverage, including bodily injury, property damage, and passenger liability. • The university reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the proposal process.
