Architect-Engineering Services for the Northwest Florida Region Continuing Contract

The Department of Management Services (DMS) is seeking architect-engineering firms to provide professional services for the Northwest Florida Region Continuing Contract. Firms must have relevant experience in design and construction administration for new construction, remodeling, and repair of existing buildings. The selection process will involve a preliminary screening, interviews, and presentations. The contract is expected to start on January 15, 2027. Key aspects of the job include: • Design and construction administration for new construction, remodeling, and repair of existing buildings • Experience with tenant improvements, building system upgrades, re-glazing, and waterproofing exterior building envelopes • Ability to perform contract delivery and meet time and budget requirements • Familiarity with Florida law and regulations, including Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and section 287.055, F.S.
