The City of Fargo is seeking a qualified contractor to replace aging lead service water lines throughout the city and complete all associated ancillary work. The scope includes removal of existing lead pipes, installation of new water distribution lines, trenchless utility construction where feasible, utility street reconstruction, and related landscaping and seeding activities. The project is slated for completion by July 31, 2026, with bid submissions due April 1, 2026. • Replace lead water service lines with modern, non‑lead materials. • Perform trenchless utility construction, street excavation, and utility‑street coordination. • Provide landscaping, seeding, and site restoration after utility work. • Deliver full digital bid documents (downloadable for a fee) and optional paper set.
