The Pennfield School District is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate and upgrade its varsity baseball and softball fields. The work includes site verification, drainage correction, in‑field resurfacing with engineered clay mixes, turf replacement, irrigation upgrades, fencing and backstop repairs, dugout and bench improvements, accessibility enhancements, and all associated demolition, disposal, grading, testing, and close‑out documentation. The contract may be awarded as a single combined bid or as separate base bids with optional alternates for seating, batting cages, and enhanced drainage.
• Scope covers complete demolition, sub‑grade preparation, engineered in‑field mix installation, turf (seed or sod) and irrigation system upgrades for both fields.

• Contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, testing, warranties, and post‑construction maintenance plan.
