The U.S. Navy is seeking services to support the defense of Iranian FMS claims against the United States Government at the Iran - U.S. Claims Tribunal, The Hague, Netherlands. The contractor will be required to provide various services, including analytical and reconciliation support, document storage, and material costs. The contract start date is October 1, 2026, and the contractor must have an operational Department of State fiber optics cable connection at their facility by the performance start date. • The contractor must possess an active Facility Clearance (FCL) at the Top-Secret level to be considered a viable competitor. • The contractor must provide an attestation that they possess an active FCL at the Top-Secret level as part of their Step-One submission. • The contractor must have a SECRET security clearance at a minimum for all personnel performing work under this contract. • The contractor is responsible for incorporating all applicable security requirements into their subcontracts. • The government expects the contractor to have sustained and uninterrupted support, with major legal milestones upcoming. • The government requires the contractor to have an operational Department of State fiber optics cable connection by the performance start date.
