The Citadel is seeking a single vendor to provide a comprehensive uniform program for its staff, covering executive, supervisor, utilities, grounds, and maintenance apparel. The contractor must supply new garments, handle weekly rental rotations, perform cleaning, pressing, repairs, alterations, and replacements, and deliver items to multiple campus locations. The scope includes a 2‑year base contract with up to three one‑year renewals (maximum five years), a requirement to submit full uniform samples, and a detailed fixed‑price cost schedule covering weekly rentals, repair and replacement charges. • Provide executive, supervisor, utilities, grounds and maintenance uniforms (new, unworn) with Citadel branding and required patches. • Manage a rotation of approximately 11 sets per employee (≈ 759 sets total) with weekly cleaning, repairs (≤ 14 days turnaround) and replacement of worn items. • Deliver to multiple campus sites, maintain a fixed‑price schedule (weekly rental per set, repair and replacement rates), and submit a complete sample set by the April 3 2025 deadline.
