Ohio State Fair Booth Design for DBH FY27

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, rent, install, and dismantle its exhibitor booth(s) at the 2026 Ohio State Fair. The contract covers two adjacent corner booths (Marketplace #305 and #307) totaling 32’ × 20’ of space. The vendor must provide backlit display frames, carpet, tables, chairs, and a CAD rendering of the booth layout, as well as handle logistics for delivery, set‑up, and tear‑down during the fair week. Prior experience with Ohio State Fair booths and other state agencies is required. • Provide one 115” × 90” backlit frame and two 69” × 92” backlit frames (rental) with lighting. • Supply 10’ × 32’ carpet, padding, tables, and chairs (rental) and create a CAD rendering of the booth configuration. • Deliver, install, and later dismantle all booth materials on the fairgrounds according to the fair schedule. • Must have demonstrated experience working with Ohio state agencies and on past Ohio State Fair exhibitions.
