The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a vendor to supply a broad assortment of computer‑peripheral products (cables, monitors, keyboards, printers, networking gear, etc.) under a five‑year, sealed‑bid contract. The vendor must maintain a real‑time pricing portal, meet energy‑star and NIST security standards, provide rapid (1–2 day) fulfillment, and support electronic purchase orders and purchase‑card payments. The contract allows individual purchases up to $25,000, with annual price‑negotiation options and quarterly reporting requirements. • Provide a wide variety of computer‑peripheral items (excluding toner, paper, ergonomic furniture, etc.) • Maintain inventory capable of 1‑2 day order fulfillment and a live State‑specific pricing website • Comply with Energy Star, NIST 800‑53 security standards, and quarterly sales reporting; contract length is 5 years with annual price review.
