Fire Extinguisher Mx BPA at Dover AFB

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide fire extinguisher inspection, maintenance, and testing services at Dover Air Force Base. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2030. The contractor will be responsible for performing recurring and ad hoc fire extinguisher services, including annual, 6-year, and hydrostatic testing, to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance. The services will be performed on-site at Dover AFB or at the contractor's off-site facility. Key requirements include: • Compliance with NFPA 10 standards and manufacturer guidelines • Provision of qualified services to support the 736 AMXS • Performance of testing and maintenance services within specified timeframes • Coordination with authorized callers for service requests • Submission of invoices and reports as required • Compliance with security and safety requirements, including base access and operations security.
