REAL ESTATE TITLE SERVICES, BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, is seeking professional title services for projects located within parishes in Louisiana. The selected contractor will provide title services, including Tract Ownership Data, Interim Binders, and Final Title Policies. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a purchase limitation of $325,000.00 over a 5-year period. The contractor will be required to provide professional title services, which may include tract ownership data, interim binders, and final title policies.
