MQ-25 BOA Readiness and Sustainment Support

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) task order to provide interim readiness, sustainment, logistics, and engineering support for the MQ‑25A unmanned aerial vehicle program, covering the production representative Engineering Demonstration Model, System Demonstration Test Article, and Low‑Rate Initial Production aircraft. This effort is limited to the sole source Boeing, the exclusive designer and manufacturer of the MQ‑25 system, and is intended to ensure continuous operational support without schedule delays. Interested parties may submit expressions of interest for subcontracting opportunities. • Provide logistics, maintenance, and engineering services for MQ‑25 aircraft across multiple production and test phases. • Support includes readiness, sustainment, and technical assistance under a BOA framework. • Only Boeing can fulfill the primary contract; subcontractors may be engaged through Boeing. • Responses are to be submitted via email to the listed points of contact by the deadline. • The contract will be negotiated under FAR 6.302‑1 for sole‑source procurement.
