Communication Lines for Fire Alarms and Elevator Alerts Sourcing Event

The State of North Carolina is seeking offers for fire alarm and elevator alert communication systems that can operate independently of the State's IT infrastructure. The systems must be able to transmit and monitor communications, provide maintenance services, and meet specific security and technical requirements. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The systems must be able to handle a minimum of two communication lines for fire alarm systems and one line for elevator alert systems. • The systems must be IP or cellular solutions that operate independently of the State's IT infrastructure. • The systems must meet specific security requirements, including compliance with the State's Security Standards and Policies. • The systems must be able to provide monitoring services at an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)-approved monitoring station. • The systems must be able to operate in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and American National Standard Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators (ANSI) standards.
