Leadership, Teacher, and Staff Development

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of select goods and/or services related to leadership, teacher, and staff development. The project term is tentatively set from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals. A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on June 3, 2026. Vendors must submit all required information and documentation to be considered for evaluation and recommendation. • The project involves providing goods and/or services for leadership, teacher, and staff development. • The vendor must meet pre-determined criteria and comply with HISD's liability insurance requirements and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) Program. • The vendor will be recommended to the Board of Education for contract award after completing the project evaluation process. • The contract will be issued by the HISD Purchasing Services department after the Board of Education formally approves the selected vendor.
