College, Career, and Military Readiness: Materials and Services

The Houston Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of materials and services related to college, career, and military readiness. The project aims to support the district's schools and departments in providing students with the necessary resources and tools to prepare them for their future careers. The tentative term of the project is from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals, not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. • The project includes the procurement of select goods and/or services. • Vendors must meet a set of pre-determined criteria to obtain Approved Vendor status. • The project evaluation process will include verification of compliance with HISD's liability insurance requirements and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program. • The HISD Board of Education will formally approve the selected vendors for contract award.
