The City of South Miami is seeking a highly qualified developer or partnership to design, finance, construct, and manage a mixed‑income affordable housing project on city‑owned land at 5890 SW 69th Street. The scope includes all phases from architectural design and engineering, through securing financing and construction, to long‑term property management of the affordable units. This is a public‑private partnership opportunity that requires strong financial capacity, development experience, and expertise in affordable housing delivery. • Design and engineering services for a mixed‑income affordable housing complex. • Securing and structuring financing for the development (public‑private financing, tax credits, loans). • Full construction management and delivery of the project on city‑owned property. • Ongoing property management and operation of the affordable housing units after completion.
