26-32 Armored Car Service

The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) is seeking bids from qualified Service Providers to provide Armored Car Service. The scope of work includes scheduled pick-up and delivery of sealed bank deposits (cash and checks) from designated MSLC locations to a designated financial institution. The contract term will be for five years, commencing on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031, with the option to extend for up to two one-year periods. Bidders must agree to the terms and conditions of the Commonwealth Standard Contract and Terms and Conditions. • The MSLC has multiple locations that require pick-up services, with varying frequencies and times. • The successful bidder will be required to provide armored transport vehicles and personnel. • The bidder must ensure all bank deposits are insured in full in the event of theft or loss. • The bidder must guarantee delivery of all bank deposits placed in their possession by the MSLC, unopened and untampered, to the designated financial institution.
