The New York City Department of Small Business Services is seeking qualified vendors to deliver DOB‑aligned Site Safety Training (SST) and SST Refresher courses to day‑laborers and city residents under Local Law 196. The contract will be awarded to a maximum of ten vendors (five competition pools in Service Area 1 and additional awards in Service Area 2), each with a three‑year base term and optional two‑year extensions, funded from a total pool of $6.2 million. Vendors must be DOB‑approved course providers, have multilingual capability (English plus at least one additional language), and maintain a physical training location in the appropriate borough for Service Area 1 awards.
