This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive bypass pumping services for Gwinnett County’s water and wastewater infrastructure on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must supply, install, test, operate, and remove a full range of pump equipment, maintain standby readiness, and respond to emergency situations while ensuring all potable‑water pumps are cleaned and disinfected. The contract is a one‑year “annual” agreement beginning February 1 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and pricing is submitted on a Not‑to‑Exceed basis for each equipment and labor line‑item.
• Provide standby, operational, and emergency bypass pumping for treatment facilities, pump stations, and gravity sewers.
• Supply all required equipment (diesel/self‑priming pumps, generators, hoses, valves, fittings, fuel tanks, sound enclosures, etc.) and qualified personnel (operators, mechanics, laborers, HDPE fusion technicians, pump‑watch staff).
• Meet strict experience, equipment, staffing, insurance (A.M. Best ≥ A‑7), and E‑Verify compliance requirements; respond to work orders within 24 hrs (regular) or 2 hrs (emergency).
