DAILY LIVING ACTIVITES-20 (DLA-20) TRAINING

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health, is seeking proposals from professional consulting agencies to provide training on the Adult and Youth Mental Health Daily Living Activities-20 (DLA-20) Functional Assessment tool for staff at contracted Behavioral Health Centers (BHCs). The selected contractor will be required to provide virtual training sessions, communicate with the Agency's project manager, and provide a list of registered trainees. The contract is expected to be for a period of up to two years, with the possibility of annual renegotiation and renewal. • The contractor will be responsible for hosting virtual training sessions using a known video conferencing platform. • The contractor will be required to communicate with the Agency's project manager via phone, email, or videoconference for logistics planning. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of registered trainees, including their name, email, BHC organization name, and date of training completion. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their background and experience, project work plan, approach to contract performance, and budget. • The contract will be awarded to the firm that best meets the conditions of each of the evaluation criteria.
