The Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive cleaning and disinfection of cooling towers at four of its casino/hotel locations in Oklahoma. The work includes chlorination, descaling, power‑washing, finish‑coating, detailed inspection, documentation, and post‑clean‑up activities, all performed within a mid‑March to mid‑May window with no weekend work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment (including lifts), safety compliance, and adhere to strict tribal and environmental regulations.
• Scope covers 13 cooling towers (5 Marley, 3 Evapco, 2 Marley, 3 Evapco) across Hard Rock and Cherokee casino sites.
• Required tasks: basin and sump chlorination, foam descaling, power‑wash, finish coat, component‑specific cleaning, photographic documentation, and final owner approval.
• Contractor must meet TERO, CNGC, insurance, bonding, and Indian‑owner preference requirements, and follow detailed data‑privacy and AI usage policies.
