The City of Denton is soliciting qualified contractors to provide comprehensive citywide mowing and related landscape maintenance services for all municipal properties. The contract covers multiple quadrants, each with several maintenance classifications (e.g., high‑frequency mowing, weed control, landscape‑bed care). Contractors must supply all labor, equipment, chemicals, traffic‑control measures, and comply with approved pesticide lists and safety requirements. The award will be a one‑year contract with optional two‑year renewals and a possible six‑month extension.
