Monitoring and Delivery of HD5 Grade Propane

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to provide monitoring and delivery of HD5 grade propane onsite at NUWCDIVNPT. The contractor will be responsible for filling the Government's 1000-gallon APTF propane tank when it reaches twenty-five percent (25%) full, and delivering propane within forty-eight (48) hours of reading. The contractor will also provide remote tank monitoring system and monitoring services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a base year and four option years. The contractor must have a CMMC Level 1 or higher and provide the CMMC unique identifier(s) (CMMC UIDs) issued by the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). • The contractor must provide separate pricing for each CLIN 0001 – 0010. • The contractor must provide delivery terms and company information, including name, point of contact, and CAGE Code and/or DUNS Number. • The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses. • The contractor must provide a quote no later than April 15th, 2026, at 1400 Eastern.
