Rapid Rehousing Services

The County of Orange is seeking qualified firms to provide Rapid Rehousing Services for individuals, families, and transitional‑age youth experiencing homelessness. The program delivers short‑term rental assistance combined with trauma‑informed case management to move participants quickly into stable permanent housing. Funding of $3.30 M is available for an 18‑month contract term, with an option to renew up to three additional years subject to performance and funding.
