5 YEAR GASES BPA

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking a contractor to provide compressed gases, gas handling, delivery, hardware, accessories, and related supplies and services for USGS operations. The contractor shall furnish specialty gases in cylinders, dewars, or other containers at the cubic footage specified in Attachment A. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type BPA with a period of performance of 5 years, from 08/10/2026 to 08/09/2031. The BPA will have a maximum value of $250,000.00. • The contractor shall provide a price schedule with their proposal using Attachment B - Price Schedule in MS Excel format. • The contractor shall have a current inventory control system for the assessment of rental fees and location of cylinders. • The contractor shall have a safety performance record for the last 3 years. • The contractor shall have adequate staff to meet delivery and pickup times required in the specifications. • The contractor shall describe their method of determining and maintaining required purity levels, accuracy of fill volume, and cylinder inspection procedures.
