Sedgwick County, Kansas is seeking a qualified Kansas‑licensed funeral home with a crematory and operator’s license to provide full cremation services for unclaimed human remains identified by the County’s Regional Forensic Science Center. The vendor must transport each decedent within 48 hours of notification, complete cremation within 72 hours, maintain a secure identification and storage system for the cremated remains, provide annual inventory reports, and allow County access for inspections.
