The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for various brand name only physical security components. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with various brand name only, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because brand name only is the original manufacturer of various security components being requested. The contract will result in a single award to an entity capable of providing all required items.
