The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is seeking a professional service contractor to provide design services for the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base. The project includes phases such as Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, and Final Design. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The contractor will also be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. • The project requires a minimum of 300, 400, and 500 phases. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects. • The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology. • The contractor must provide a budget analysis and identify any potential issues with the proposed budget. • The contractor must provide references and a list of previous clients. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
