Request for Proposal for FBO Services and Lease Agreement

The City of McCook, Nebraska, in coordination with the McCook Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), is seeking a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to provide aeronautical and non-aeronautical services at the McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport. The selected proposer will enter into a long-term lease and operating agreement to provide services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The proposer should have experience in operating FBO services and should be able to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant services while investing in the long-term success of the airport and region. • The FBO should provide core aeronautical services, including aircraft fueling, ground handling, and maintenance. • The FBO should also provide non-aeronautical services, including pilot and passenger amenities. • The proposer should have a plan for facilities development and improvement. • The proposer should have a plan for regulatory compliance and safety management. • The proposer should have a plan for customer service and community engagement.
