APPRAISAL FOR CONSERVATION EASEMENT

The State of West Virginia, Forestry Division is seeking a vendor to provide an appraisal for a conservation easement. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting an appraisal of the easement and providing a report to the state. The scope of work includes the appraisal of the conservation easement, and the vendor must have experience in conducting similar appraisals. • The appraisal must be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). • The vendor must provide a detailed report of the appraisal, including the methodology used and the results of the appraisal. • The vendor must have experience in conducting appraisals of conservation easements. • The vendor must be able to complete the appraisal within the specified timeframe.
