DNR EWR PT ATLAS ON DEMAND PRINTING

The Department of Natural Resources, Ecological & Water Resources, is seeking a print-on-demand vendor to produce large format maps and atlas packages. The vendor should have experience with print-on-demand services, a proven website for ordering and shipping, and the ability to provide competitive pricing. The contract will be for one year, with an option to extend for up to two years. The vendor will be responsible for producing atlas packages, which include up to three large format color maps, a booklet report, and an acetate map overlay, all inserted into a printed manilla envelope. The vendor must also provide a reliable direct contact for discussing prepress issues. • The vendor must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with print-on-demand services with large format maps and charts. • The vendor must have a proven active and fully operational website for print-on-demand ordering. • The vendor must be able to respond to DNR inquiries about a project within 2 business days of receipt of request. • The vendor must be able to provide an example of a completed atlas prior to award for proof of capability if requested.
