Organizational Leadership Training for Tulsa Police Department Field Training Officer Program

The City of Tulsa seeks a professional services provider to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership training program for its Police Department’s Field Training Officers. The vendor will create a single 8‑hour on‑site workshop covering five core leadership traits and repeat the session four times to reach roughly 100 officers annually. The contractor must handle all training logistics, provide qualified instructors (including travel and per‑diem costs), supply training materials, and collaborate with TPD staff on curriculum development and reporting.
