Screen-Printed Coats - Value Blanket

The City of Spokane is seeking vendors to provide screen‑printed high‑visibility (Hi‑Viz) coats under a five‑year value‑blanket agreement. The contractor will supply coats on an as‑needed basis, with firm pricing for the first twelve months and annual renegotiations thereafter. The agreement includes provisions for immediate termination, penalties for late delivery, and the possibility of selling additional items to other public agencies at the quoted price. • Supply of screen‑printed Hi‑Viz coats for various City departments, with latest design and production standards. • No guaranteed quantity; orders placed as needed over a five‑year period, payment only for items received and accepted. • Pricing locked for the first year; annual renegotiation possible; strict delivery‑time and over‑statement penalties apply.
