SAF/SA Campaign Analysis Support

The Air Force Office of Studies and Analysis (SAF/SA) seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive campaign analysis support and software engineering services for the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM). The effort includes developing joint campaign scenarios, modifying and maintaining STORM and associated analysis toolkits, operating a help‑desk, delivering training, and producing a series of software releases and reports over a multi‑year contract. • Develop and integrate multi‑domain campaign concepts and conduct functional capability analyses. • Engineer, test, and release STORM software and analysis toolkits (Alpha, Beta, Final) with strict security and configuration‑control requirements. • Provide ongoing user‑community support, training materials, and post‑training reporting, adhering to performance metrics such as 95 % on‑time delivery and help‑desk resolution.
