Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide court-appointed direct legal representation to low-income tenants residing in public housing who are facing eviction proceedings in Ramsey County. The program focuses specifically on eviction cases involving lease violations, in alignment with Minnesota Statutes Sec. 504B.268. Key aspects of the job include:
