Traffic Paint District 1 Totes

The State of Nevada, Department of Transportation, is seeking competitive pricing for Waterborne Traffic Paint Totes for use in District 1. The contract period will be from the date of award through October 6, 2025. The successful vendor must provide Waterborne Traffic Paint that meets the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The paint will be used for traffic marking and striping applications. The vendor must also provide Material Safety Data Sheets for each chemical awarded. • The contract is for a one-year term, with the option for cancellation or termination if the vendor fails to meet the requirements. • The vendor must deliver the paint to the specified locations, and the State will issue purchase orders for each delivery. • The vendor must provide a Service Representative to participate in problem-solving situations, if required. • The State reserves the right to cancel any order within twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
