Trophies, Awards, Signs, Banners, Custom, Imprinted & Promotional Items

The Alief Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide trophies, awards, signs, banners, custom, imprinted, and promotional items. The contract term will be for five years, beginning April 1, 2023, and ending March 31, 2028. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. The District encourages the acquisition of recycled materials to the maximum extent practicable and gives preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Some of the key items to be procured include: • Trophies • Awards • Plaques • Flags • Banners • Graduation supplies • Personalized t-shirts • Red Ribbon Week items The District may choose to contract with single or multiple vendors as necessary to obtain the contract mix that is most advantageous.
