Parks Landscape Maintenance

The City of Sunrise seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance for all municipal parks. The scope includes turf care, weed control, tree services (up to 8 ft), mulching, litter removal, pruning, hedging, and occasional tree installation or removal, along with all labor, equipment, and materials needed to keep the parks in optimal condition. This is a full‑service, on‑going maintenance contract that will require regular site visits, coordination with city staff, and adherence to municipal standards. • Perform routine turf mowing, edging, and fertilization across all city parks. • Conduct weed control, mulching, litter/debris cleanup, and pruning/hedging of ornamental plantings. • Provide tree water sprout removal (up to 8 ft), tree trimming, pruning, and removal or installation as needed. • Supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required for continuous park upkeep.
