American Fair: Freedom 250 In Bangkok

The U.S. Embassy Bangkok is seeking a contractor to organize and execute the American Fair: Freedom 250 in Bangkok, a three-day event celebrating American culture and excellence. The event will take place on October 23-25, 2026, at the Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon in Bangkok. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and organizing the event, including designing and producing promotional materials, managing logistics and production, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The contractor must have prior experience in organizing large-scale interactive public fairs or events and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Some key aspects of the job include: • Planning and coordination of the event • Design and execution of the Fair, including stage, booths, and displays • Promotion and marketing of the event • Management of logistics, production, and staffing • Compliance with local laws and regulations • Submission of a detailed proposal, including a concept proposal, site master plan, and programming schedule • Provision of on-site operational support during the Fair The U.S. Embassy Bangkok will provide Freedom 250 branding guidelines, logos, and approved messaging, as well as content and talking points for the opening ceremony. The contractor will be required to keep their bid valid for a period of twelve months from the date of submission and will be paid in installments based on the completion of key milestones.
