The United States Army Garrison Rheinland‑Pfalz (USAG‑RP) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive solid‑waste management services—including collection, segregation, transport, disposal, and recycling—across multiple installations in the Kaiserslautern area of Germany. The work will be performed under a five‑year Firm‑Fixed Unit‑Price (FFUP) contract with annual ordering periods, and the contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, containers, and related services, complying with both German waste‑law and U.S. DoD regulations.
