LTV Replacement Generator Installation

The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of small business concerns to perform LTV Generator Installation services for the 746th Test Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. The work includes custom fabrication and installation of a government-furnished generator into a Large Test Vehicle, including engineering/fabrication of a heavy-duty slide-out shelf, installation of a weather-resistant enclosure, modification/expansion of the existing vehicle cutout as necessary, and integration of the generator into the vehicle. • The contractor must utilize the provided dimensions and weight to engineer the custom slide-out drawer and weatherproof enclosure. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all workmanship and on all contractor-supplied components. • The contractor must comply with all Holloman AFB safety, environmental, and facility regulations. • The contractor must provide copies of any operational and maintenance manuals for newly installed hardware. • The contractor must deliver all hardware and documentation to 746 TS/TGGO, Attn: 2d Lt Nichole Neese at 1644 Vandergrift Road, building 1265, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330.
