RFP Excess Aviation Insurance - Airport

The City of Laredo is seeking proposals for excess aviation insurance coverage for the Laredo International Airport. The selected vendor will provide insurance coverage for premises, operations, contracts, products, independent contractors, traffic control, and hangarkeepers liability. The proposal should include pricing, number of years in business, size of agency and staff, experience of staff, prior experience with the City of Laredo, professional servicing capability, and technical skills of staff. • The City of Laredo is a municipal government located in south Texas. • The Laredo International Airport is a public airport that serves the city and surrounding areas. • The selected vendor will be required to provide insurance coverage for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities.
