Chiller and Cooling Tower Cleaning and Disinfecting Services

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is seeking a qualified vendor to provide chiller and cooling tower cleaning and disinfecting services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing these services to the Office of Capitol Facilities within DFA. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an effective date of June 1, 2026. The vendor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing similar services and must maintain all necessary licenses and insurance.
