Family Stabilization Project

The Family Stabilization Project aims to provide Employment and Training services to FoodShare-eligible families in conjunction with Early Childhood services. The selected provider will deliver employment and training services, including job search, case management, job training, and work experience, to support long-term family stability. The program will serve approximately 60-75 participants annually, with a focus on geographic catchment areas with high rates of poverty and instability. The provider will be required to maintain MOUs and formal agreements with Early Childhood Zone service partners and coordinate services to improve employment readiness and retention. Some key points to consider: * The program will serve FoodShare-eligible adults who qualify for Early Childhood Zone services. * The provider must enroll at least 30% of program participants in education and/or vocational training activities. * The provider must help at least 30% of program participants obtain employment each year. * The provider must meet the standard of at least 50% of participants who obtain employment retaining employment for a minimum of 90 days. * The provider will be required to submit reports timely on County-issued forms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. * The provider will be required to participate in joint case management meetings and FSET training.
